Q1: Could you do my own designs ? A1: We support full custom service, including style, fabric, color, label,logo,package. Please send us your sketches or designs, we can make it real!
Q2: Are you a trading company or manufacturer? A2: We are a manufacturer, own our workshop, tech department and quality team.
Q3: If I receive any defective goods, what shall I do? A3: We have our own quality control team to inspect every goods before packing. But we have to admit that everyone make mistakes, if you received defective goods, pls contact, we could resend or give a full refund.
